New Background

I am still sorting out this new background but that painting is one that I did today. I hope it's enjoyed and hopefully soon I'll be able to personalize all of this more so that it is more fitted to me.
For now there is a wedding very fast approaching and I need a nap and to get some paintings done.

Thai Pizza!!! :)

Okay YUM!!!! 

I do not know about you but I LOVE THAI FOOD and I LOVE PIZZA! 

So of course the two put together is a double whammy win for me.

I have not been able to find the perfect thai pizza since I came back from the thai pizza that stole my heart in Lynchburg, Virginia.  It's called WaterStone :] If you can go there.

I have missed the Thai Pizza so I made my own :)

Here is the one I made:

For the Sauce I mixed some Thai Kitchen Red Curry 10 minute simmer sauce and Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce together on top of the dough then covered it lightly with cheese and every kind of vegetable that I could find in my fridge that seemed to fit with the thai theme. :) 

Afterwards I sprinkled the Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce on top. I didn't have any peanuts or I would have sprinkled them over the pizza as well. I love this pizza and if you try it I hope you love it too! 

My favorite of this kind of pizza that I made also had baked chicken on it. 

I love the way the tea kettle is reflecting the pizza in this picture! 

Anyways I love this recipe and hope you like it too!

Lovely Breezy Love

 So... meet Bria :)

She is my cousin and I know I am going to say this over and over again but she has a heart that is just as beautiful as she is! [hard to believe I know] Bria made this super impressive Yoda for May 4th to celebrate May the 4th be with you :]

She did such an impressive job with the amazing large Yoda ears and face that I asked her if I could blog about her sweet cake making skills. She and I sometimes talk about looking into opening a bakery together. She is very dear to me. I love her so much!

Now I don't feel that I am bragging too much to tell whoever might read this that Bria is very impressive with the camera as well! Honestly she is an all around artist BUT now that you have seen a picture of the face behind the camera along with her sweet cake making skills allow me to show you some of her photography skills. :] I hope you all enjoy these as much as I do. She is truly gifted artistically and should be celebrated.

Happy Mothers Day!

Today is Mother's day and it is also the birthday of my future father in law :)
Anyways, for the occasions I made cupcakes and some not so pretty cake pops :) First attempt... I'm not disappointed. Here are some pictures:

I am so grateful for the man I am going to marry! He is amazing and a blessing to me.
Hans is my best friend and I am so glad for his love for God and care for me. I am so blessed
and grateful to have Hans in my life. With all the wedding plans going on I am so thankful
for the time that I am blessed to have with my fiance and soon to be the best husband ever!
I love him very much! I am so beyond blessed and grateful to have him in my life.
