Okay so last night Hans and I were making t-shirts together for fun. I looked online researching "awesome t-shirts" and this one was so funny. It was on another blog. Here's the picture... It is TOO cool. :]

Is it just me or is that SO funny? Very Funny and cute.
Another place that I saw a lot of VERY funny t-shirts was some blog that seemed full of funny t-shirt ideas. Here are a few fun t-shirt prints from that second blog:

I hope that you enjoyed this as much as I did :) Maybe I'll even put up some pictures of Hans and my shirts that we made. We will see. I think that these pictures are very fun.

Quilt & Stain Glass

Above is a picture of a stain glass window from St. Mont Michel in France. I was reminded of this today when I had a quilt that I made hanging up in my door way. I tried to take a picture but only had a dinky camera with me today. anyways. Here's how it looked:

Thai Pizza!!! :)

Okay YUM!!!!
I do not know about you but I LOVE THAI FOOD and I LOVE PIZZA!
So of course the two put together is a double whammy win for me.
I have not been able to find the perfect thai pizza since I came back from the thai pizza that stole my heart in Lynchburg, Virginia.  It's called WaterStone :] If you can go there.

I have missed the Thai Pizza so I made my own :)
Here is the one I made:

For the Sauce I mixed some Thai Kitchen Red Curry 10 minute simmer sauce and Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce together on top of the dough then covered it lightly with cheese and every kind of vegetable that I could find in my fridge that seemed to fit with the thai theme. :)
Afterwards I sprinkled the Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce on top. I didn't have any peanuts or I would have sprinkled them over the pizza as well. I love this pizza and if you try it I hope you love it too!
My favorite of this kind of pizza that I made also had baked chicken on it.
I love the way the tea kettle is reflecting the pizza in this picture!
Anyways I love this recipe and hope you like it too!

-Peanuts
-Chicken
-Cilantro
-Light Cheese
- Graded Carrots
-Sliced Bell Peppers
-Red Onion

YUM!!!

Save Money: Adventures in Cutting My Own Hair

Hello Lovelies!
I hope you are enjoying the summer! I don't know about where all of you are but where I am at it has been hot. Being a newly wed I am not used to sharing my bed with someone else and so this summer has seemed extra hot in more ways than one. I have been wanting to cut my hair short for quiet some time and just haven't had the guts to do it. You may have noticed my hair length in my catch up post Sorry it's been so long... Anyways if you don't want to go to that picture, no worries here is a picture of me with my fantastic husband just a few days before our wedding.

Anyways so that was the length of my hair before I cut it. I was going to grow it out but summer has been so hot I just had to crop it off. Anyways. I was going to cut it semi short like Kherington Payne's hair in the movie Fame. I did that but then Hans brought up the fact that I have been REALLY wanting to cut it to be actually short...  I cut my hair REALLY short. When I was in high school I had long hair and when I was little I had to get a mullet because well the story is debated but either me or my brother took a scissor to my hair and the results were not the most favorable. SO... Since this time of cutting my hair went better than my mullet moments here is the big reveal [I haven't even told my mother yet!]

Take a look-
How'd I do?

My new haircut 7/8/2011
Anyways I am still deciding what I think but for now it is fun.
Tomorrow Hans and I have a family reunion to go to and I am excited to hear what my Mom has to say about my new do. We'll be camping and hopefully I'll get the chance to take some pictures. Have a weekend that is as beautiful as you are! -Au Revoir
